Account Creation and Management

To open an account, please register your company information and include your Federal Tax Identification Number (if you are based in the United States). This will allow you to view pricing, documentation and product specifications.

If you would like to order samples or products online, you must first create a website account and then register for a Qosina Business Account here.

How to create an account - video tutorial

A Qosina Business Account allows you to order samples and place online orders. It also gives you access to view current and past orders. Since Qosina does not sell pre-sterilized products, a Business Account is created to verify that components are purchased in line with our terms and conditions.

Business Accounts are verified by our Customer Service team, and it can take up to 72 hours for your account to become active.

Shipping and Logistics

Shipping charges are not included in our pricing. A shipping calculator, which provides an estimate for shipping costs for your items, can be found on our website in the shopping cart.

All orders are shipped via Ex-Works, Ronkonkoma, NY. This means that once your purchase is in the possession of your chosen carrier for delivery, all costs and risks involved in taking the goods from Qosina to your desired destination are the responsibility of you, the buyer. The carrier and buyer are responsible for damage or problems that arise during and after shipping.

Qosina ships to any country in the world that has trade relations with the United States of America, and we are pleased to partner with distributors in Japan and China to service customers in those regions. You will receive a shipping confirmation email at the time your products are accepted by your chosen freight carrier. Additionally, you can look at your Order Status in the My Account section of the website to confirm your order status.

We offer a variety of shipping methods, including standard and expedited options, through trusted carriers.

Yes, we can accommodate shipments using your preferred carrier and shipping account. You will need to provide your shipping partner and account number at the time of checkout.

Our components are secured within double-walled poly bags and then packaged in a double-walled carton. If you need custom or specific packaging, please reach out to our customer service team. 

Ordering and Pricing

Please contact our Customer Service team to cancel or modify an existing order. Your ability to cancel will depend on the status of the order. You can view our Return Policy here

Orders placed on our e-commerce site are available for review in the order history section of your account. Additionally, any orders placed on or after 7/1/2024 through our website or through your Sales representative can be viewed in the My Account section of the website.

We are pleased to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Please be prepared to provide your credit card details every time you place an order. For your security, our e-commerce site does not store your credit card information. We take credit card fraud very seriously and employ many security methods to protect our customers’ information. We do not sell directly to end users of medical consumables, such as doctors’ offices, hospitals or clinics. Qosina supplies bulk, non-sterile components that require further assembly and sterilization before they can be used in direct patient care.

Yes! We offer customization options, including material selection, sizing, port configurations and color coding to meet your specific application needs. Contact your Sales representative to identify customizable options at sales@qosina.com.

Absolutely! We can supply CAD files, technical drawings and other specifications for many of our components directly from our website to assist with your design and integration process. Simply log in to your online account, navigate to the component you need, and scroll down to find relevant files and drawings.

Our components are made from high-quality medical-grade materials such as polycarbonate, polypropylene, silicone and PVC, ensuring durability, biocompatibility and compliance with industry standards. Raw material information for our components can be found in the product specification documents.

Absolutely! You may request complimentary samples of most of our products for testing to ensure compatibility. Our Customer Service specialists can help you with all of your sampling needs. You can also request samples on our website after account registration.

If a part has been discontinued, our team recommends similar replacement products. We will alert customers prior to formal discontinuation for last-time buys, if necessary. We recommend exploring our product category for alternative components with similar size, comparable body style and the same material. We also offer custom sourcing if needed. You may reach out to our product experts for assistance.

Also on the product page, scroll down to find the technical drawings located below the product details. If the document you need is not available, our Customer Service specialists can request it from the supplier.

To determine compatibility, you can check the technical drawings and specifications if the description is unclear.

  • Tubing fit: The tubing fits inside the component, so the inner diameter (ID) of the component should be equal to or slightly greater than the outer diameter (OD) of the tubing to ensure a secure fit.
  • Barbed connector: The barb fits inside the tubing—our product descriptions specify which tubing sizes are compatible.

First, check the component specification sheet. If the information is not listed, refer to the sterilization chart in our catalog or on our website to check material compatibility.
